Important investor information and regulatory disclosures.
Grovith receives commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for investments made through our AMFI Registration Number (ARN). These commissions are paid directly by the respective Asset Management Companies in accordance with the regulations and guidelines issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI).
The commission received by us does not result in any additional cost to the investor, as it is paid by the respective AMC from the scheme's Total Expense Ratio (TER) as permitted under applicable regulations. We are committed to maintaining complete transparency in our distribution practices and ensuring that investors are well informed about the compensation structure associated with mutual fund investments.
In compliance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/IMD/CIR No. 4/168230 dated June 30, 2009 and other applicable regulatory guidelines, we disclose the indicative trail commission ranges received from various categories of mutual fund schemes. The actual commission may vary depending on the Asset Management Company, mutual fund scheme, investment option, and prevailing regulatory framework.
| Fund Category | Indicative Trail Commission (Per Annum) |
|---|---|
| Equity Oriented Schemes | 0.15% – 1.45% |
| Debt Oriented Schemes | 0.05% – 1.00% |
| Gold ETF / Gold Fund Schemes | 0.20% – 1.45% |

As part of SEBI's transparency initiatives, investors can view distributor commission details in their Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) issued periodically by CAMS, KFin Technologies, or other Registrar & Transfer Agents (RTAs).
